I am pretty sure that many people have heard of this river over the span of their lifetime. I had, however I never understood the importance of this river in the end times prophecy.
dig in
There are a lot of cray cray nut-zy people on social channels and television right now with predictions, visions and warnings. I am not wanting to be lumped into this category, however I am pretty sure one or two of you beautiful readers will insist on placing me here.
I was determined to get into the scripture this morning and dig into something that would help me navigate my day. Inside my journal I had left open Revelation 16:14-16 and it appeared that I had not finished that study. So, in my lack of motivation to seek out another passage, I headed this way.

I cracked out my Bible and went straight to Revelation. In Revelation there are many prophecies I cannot understand so I assumed this little study would only take me an hour tops. Well, to my surprise I started at the beginning of Revelation 16 which lead me to research for another hour all about the Euphrates River.
the river dries up
You see, in Revelation 16:12 John speaks of the Euphrates River drying up as one of the very last things to happen in the end time before Christ comes back. So, my friends this is a tangible thing I can research. Onward and upward I again was BLOWN AWAY by how the Bible is so accurate. The Euphrates River in fact is drying up! This river is drying up so fast that in the last year 2021 farms, orchards and livestock have all perished. This is the worst water crisis in history for this region.

Anyways this was a just a little blog post about what I learned this morning. If you think God is not telling the TRUTH about the end days, you have got to be blind or choosing not to see.
